Responsibilities:
- Male/Female 21 years above
- A Degree of any major from local or overseas (advantage) university
- A person that have good intellectual skills
- A multi-tasking person who have no limits
- Able to work independently but function well as team player
- A person with leadership and organisation skills
- Must be career minded & ambitious
Why Management Trainee?
As the central of man power, our career division are responsible of recruiting, training and distribution of man power through out our companies all over Indonesia.
Management trainees are given a 3 months intensives training in all of our businesses and different position.
For manager or manageress will be going through another 3 months leadership probation according to their skills and strength.
